I just wanted to thank you for all of your help with finding and buying our home.  I really appreciate everything you did to make Marcus confident in you.  Our prior Realtor in Washington wasn’t very helpful at times, and blew us off a lot.  It was nice for Marcus to be so comfortable as I was not there to help out.  I also thank you for being so prompt in returning e-mails and getting things moved along in a timely manor,  another problem we have had in the past! I am glad I didn’t have to worry all the time about things being done, as I had a lot already going on myself!

I wish to say how pleased I am with the way your firm handled the sale of our home. From our initial meeting to simply discuss issues and market conditions, to your bringing potential buyers through before we had a contract, to working with us (and the buyers) to reach a mutual agreement was simply a pleasure.

I believe the secret was in laying out realistic expectations in advance, having mutual trust, your level of market knowledge, and an ability to “read” buyers needs and expectations as well as meet the sellers. The result was a win-win for all concerned.

I am pleased that what will probably be our last association with selling a home was such a pleasant one. Sellers often do not want to hear the facts and I was resistant to some as you know.
